Ingredients

  • 5-6 ripe avocados, pitted and scooped out
    1 tomato, diced
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 
    1 lime, juiced 
    Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together with the back of a spoon or with a granite mortar and pestle for homemade guacamole.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime!
